CallBoost Agency offers SMS messaging services to communicate with prospective and current clients regarding inquiries, service updates, promotions, and appointment reminders. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

2. Program Description

When you opt in, you will receive automated and manual SMS messages from CallBoost Agency related to:

  • Responses to your inquiries and consultation scheduling
  • Service updates and onboarding information
  • Occasional promotional offers and new service announcements
  • Appointment reminders and follow-ups

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our services. You may receive up to 4 messages per month under normal circumstances, with additional messages during active onboarding or campaigns.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CallBoost Agency does not charge you directly for SMS messages, but standard messaging rates from your wireless provider may apply. Contact your carrier for details.

5. Opting In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the consent box on our contact form, signing up through our website, or verbally consenting during a phone call. By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years of age.

6. Opting Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send a confirmation message and cease sending SMS messages to your number, except for any required transactional messages related to active services.

You can also request help at any time by replying HELP. We will respond with instructions on how to use the service and how to opt out.

7. Privacy

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

8. Supported Carriers

SMS services are supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. However, not all carriers support all message types, and delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SMS services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CallBoost Agency is not responsible for message delivery failures, delays, or errors caused by carrier networks, device issues, or incorrect phone numbers provided by users.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our SMS services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
